Atlanta, GA March 2023 — PHP Commercial, the commercial real estate division of PalmerHouse Properties, officially transitioned to HSI Commercial — becoming the exclusive commercial real estate division of HomeSmart International. HomeSmart purchased PalmerHouse Properties in March 2021, adding over 2,000 agents and six new markets, and just this year acquired Solid Source Realty, bolstering HomeSmart’s Georgia footprint with nearly 2,000 additional agents. These acquisitions make HomeSmart the number one transaction-fee brokerage in Georgia in both agent count and transaction sides.

In the Atlanta market, HSI Commercial currently has 30 commercial agents trained on the HomeSmart platform. The company will continue to add agents to the Atlanta office and has plans to open another division in Houston, TX, later this spring.
