The fourth location in suburban Cleveland looks to capitalize on a booming region
Westlake, OH — HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum continues to live up to its name, opening yet another new office in Northwest Ohio. Headed up by broker/owners Marianne Drenik and Greg Pernus, the new location has 10 agents thus far and is set to bring HomeSmart’s high-value, low-cost model to even more throughout the greater Cleveland area and beyond in 2022.
This office (located at 24629 Detroit Rd., in Westlake) will cover the west side of Cleveland, including the surrounding areas of Avon, Avon Lake, Rocky River, Bay Village, Fairview Park, North Olmsted and Lakewood.
“We wanted to service and grow the west side of Cleveland,” said Drenik, who touts more than 20 years in the industry. “This will now give us the opportunity to do so along with meeting agent demand in the area,” added Pernus, who has more than 27 years of industry experience.
This region has seen somewhat of a renaissance in the last decade with everything from arts to small business communities to home inventories drawing in investors and buyers from all throughout the United States. Industry insiders are predicting a banner year for Greater Cleveland-area real estate with more inventory and double-digit home appreciation in 2022.
