Residential Real Estate Team Expects to Double Business in 2019

DENVER — HomeSmart, Colorado’s largest residential real estate brokerage by agent count, is excited to announce the addition of Team Vivi to its Denver brokerage. The top-producing team’s reputation for providing superior support to its clients and the greater Denver communities made its alignment with HomeSmart a mutual success.

Started by Vivi Gloriod in 2012, Team Vivi significantly expanded after partner Bess Tracy joined in February of 2016. The 10-person team is comprised of four agents with over 40 combined years of experience, supported by a two-person marketing department, two-person operations team and two transaction coordinators.

“I created Team Vivi because it is impossible for a single person to do all the different things needed for a successful real estate transaction,” Gloriod said. “We chose to align with HomeSmart because they embrace the team model and have top-notch brokers.”

Team Vivi, which focuses on all listings and client types, tripled its Q1 transactions year-over-year and closed more than $20 million in the first quarter of 2019.

“We plan on doubling our business this year with the help of HomeSmart,” said Gloriod, whose team closed more than $52 million in 2018.

With a dedication to the Denver community that goes beyond closing a transaction, Gloriod and her team lend their expertise to free public education events that include a bi-annual Denvernomics forum and a monthly Millennial-focused early retirement seminar called F.I.R.E.

“I started a group called F.I.R.E., to help educate millennials on how to invest in their future and retire early,” said Tracy. “I started investing in my future a few years ago and I currently have two rentals and am continuing to invest.”
